Fire and Ice

The Fire and Ice restaurant serves its guests from a fresh market, with the produce then taken to a giant circular hot plate where it is expertly prepared by a team of chefs. Each is skilled in both cooking and showmanship, with genuine food preparation spiced up by knife juggling and bowl spinning. The whole experience was fascinating for the kids and we consumed sufficient protein and carbohydrates for a medium sized village. It was a sluggish waddle back to the hotel afterwards.
